Files and media

The store file library — uploads, external links, size limits, and storage

Content → Files is your store's central library. Everything reused lives here: product images, banners, logos, and the files you deliver through secret-link benefits.

Two ways to add a file

Use add file → choose file. The file is stored on m1m and counts against your storage quota.

  • Supports images, video, audio, PDF, ZIP, and text files
  • The maximum size per file is shown in the upload box (currently 20 MB)
  • Remaining storage is displayed as you go, and uploads that would overflow it are refused

Files stored on m1m are safer than public links

When a benefit points at a file stored on m1m, a short-lived link is minted each time a buyer opens it, so a link that leaks expires within minutes — unlike a public URL that anyone can keep using forever.

Managing the library

  • Search by filename; the table shows size and date added
  • Open a file to confirm it is the right one (if the browser blocks the new tab, allow pop-ups for this site)
  • Delete several files at once

Deletion cannot be undone

Deleted files leave the store library permanently. If a file was still used as product media or as a benefit's destination, buyers lose access immediately. Check before deleting.

When storage runs low

Delete what you no longer use

Sort by size and start with old videos and ZIPs.

Host very large files elsewhere and add them as links — they use no quota.

Shrink images before uploading

A product image wider than 2000px looks the same to your customers as 1600px and costs twice the space.
