Hosting and the store wallet
Free hosting, what the store wallet still pays for, topping up, and getting an offline shop back
Hosting your storefront is free. There is no recurring fee, nothing is deducted on your renewal date, and an empty wallet will not take your shop offline.
The store wallet still exists, because a small number of metered services are billed through it — today that is bank-transfer slip checks, and nothing else. Manage both under Settings → Billing and Settings → Wallet.
This wallet is not your revenue
Sales reach your bank account directly when customers top up their credit. Your sales never pass through the store wallet, and you fund it yourself.
The hosting plan
The plan covers publishing your storefront on your subdomain with SSL, a global CDN, products, and orders. The plan card shows it as Free, with the date it next renews.
That date still matters — it is when the current period rolls over — but nothing is collected when it passes. No charge, no transaction in your wallet, no invoice, and no "hosting renewed" email.
What the wallet still pays for
Checking a customer's transfer slip is a paid service we buy on your behalf and pass through at cost: ฿0.30 per transfer your storefront verifies and credits. It comes off the store wallet the moment the customer's top-up is credited.
- The welcome credit that came with your shop covers roughly nine hundred checks
- Slips that are rejected, or that we cannot read, are free
- TrueMoney vouchers are not checked this way and carry no fee
- Your own wallet top-ups are never charged
If the balance will not cover a check, the fee is waived rather than taken — the balance never goes negative and you are never in arrears. Nothing about it can stop a sale: the customer is still credited and the order still completes.

Topping up the store wallet
Scan the QR or transfer to the account shown in the top-up box, then upload the slip from your banking app. The QR on the slip is read to confirm the transfer and the amount is credited.
- Minimum top-up ฿20
- JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF
- The whole slip must be visible, QR included, and no more than 24 hours old
The wallet page lists every transaction, both top-ups and slip-check fees; the billing page keeps the billing history.
If your storefront is offline
Check the plan card
Settings → Billing. If the plan reads past due, it is left over from a period that was priced before hosting became free.
Bring it back online
There is nothing to pay, so the button says so. Press Bring it back online and the shop returns immediately.
Or wait one day
The next daily run waives the outstanding period and switches the shop back on by itself. The button only saves you the wait.
If the plan looks fine
Then the shop was switched off by us, not by billing — get in touch and we will tell you why.
Nothing is lost while a shop is offline
Products, orders, customers, their credit, and your files all remain. Only the public storefront stops.
Many stores, many wallets
Each store has its own plan, wallet, and renewal date, and hosting is free for all of them. Wallets do not pool: slip checks at store A are paid by store A's balance, and funding one does nothing for another.
